Best part of the company is its joint in our roots like our culture religion and also best part of the company is language is not compulsory to speak only in English hindi etc u can talk in your own state language like in Maharashtra plant talk in Marathi etc.. & Company respect all the religion.

Only training base job is available for Diploma Holder Company not give chance to work after our training period like permanent ,chances not balance in nagpur plant

I don't know what should be tell you about this , if it was compulsary to write then telling you truth about this company, through my opinion is that many of sunday is working day and there is lot of politics land there management take action only on several types issues and some issues are never been fix for long time , such types of things what I experience.
