Dislikes

Zero work life balance, Extended shift hours, Monotonous work, Very less focus to enhance technical skills, Very process oriented work, Poor cab service. Great as a first job to do for a year or so, nothing more.

Quality work, Cafeteria, cab facility (discretionary to functions and entities), IT & office infrastructure.

Dislikes

...he new ideas to flow, rather just nod the head to their own OLD Fashioned ideas. Salary Structure is also organization friendly and NOT Employee friendly to save their fringe benefit liability; which makes you end up paying more taxes. So please DO NOT consider this Unethical organization even as your option.

They take approx 50k from your salary for year if you opt for parking and that too have waiting. - Special advisory for graduate hires please do not ruin your career starting with Macquarie there is nothing to learn here.
