I dislike less interaction, and communication gap between team also not provide cab benefit for contractor

Illogical Sudden Layoffs. Paid Car Parking which you have to be in queue. Bike Parking you have to book a day advance , sometimes you get sometimes not. Appraisal is not good. Bonus is too little. Appraisal Plus Bonus does not make difference. Appraisal Amt gets credited very late around in 4-5 months. Lifts take hell lot of time. Leadership keep on revolving whether it is good or bad. Good Leadership should stay but after period of time they also move in some other group. Which makes group unstable....Read More

-You'll have ample opportunities for learning and developing your skills and personality. -There's a special emphasis on equality and good behaviour. -Business Partners across the organisation are supportive and encouraging. -Apart from this, its like every other big organisation with acceptance towards diverse cultures.

-Powerplay at the hands of Directors and above. -No Job Security at all. -Work-Life balance policy needs to be improved. -You won't be appreciated for disagreeing with senior leaders.

1. No job security, you can be fired anyday. They keep hiring and firing people throughout the year. 2. All decision are Sydney driven, managers and directors in India are just puppet of Australia management. 3. They established company in India just to get cheap labours who can work in shifts. 4. They just show like Macquarie is great company and reality is different. 5. No onsite opportunity. If you ask for onsite, you will be insulted on face by Sydney team. 6.
