CTC is fixed salary, so there is no fraud of variable pay unlike other companies where they keep hefty amount in variable pay bucket out of ctc but at the end give nothing. Also healthcare benefits are good, medical and life insurance are offered by them free (outside of ctc).

Work culture is worse, the managers won't disclose everythingwith you and will keep you in suspense regarding your project assignments. Actually they do not have much projects, will queue you in bench for few months and finally will ask you to leave the company voluntarily.

Colleagues are great, salary is slightly above average.There are many ways to improve you career path and the company provides many learning tools and courses. Work-life balance is good, and working from home is possible. The company also provides some benefits, like lunch tickets and discounts on several e-shops.
