1. Poor project management. 2. They will not provide salary industry standard. 3. Over all management is very. 4. No office cafeteria. 5. After 5 pm no office boy will be available in office. 6. You can not develop your skill set.

CTC is fixed salary, so there is no fraud of variable pay unlike other companies where they keep hefty amount in variable pay bucket out of ctc but at the end give nothing. Also healthcare benefits are good, medical and life insurance are offered by them free (outside of ctc).

Dislikes

Work culture is worse, the managers won't disclose everythingwith you and will keep you in suspense regarding your project assignments. Actually they do not have much projects, will queue you in bench for few months and finally will ask you to leave the company voluntarily.

Colleagues are great, salary is slightly above average.There are many ways to improve you career path and the company provides many learning tools and courses. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
