CTC is fixed salary, so there is no fraud of variable pay unlike other companies where they keep hefty amount in variable pay bucket out of ctc but at the end give nothing. Also healthcare benefits are good, medical and life insurance are offered by them free (outside of ctc).

Dislikes

Work culture is worse, the managers won't disclose everythingwith you and will keep you in suspense regarding your project assignments. Actually they do not have much projects, will queue you in bench for few months and finally will ask you to leave the company voluntarily.

Likes

The best part of working with Luxoft is their wide range of clients at various locations across globe. This gives the opportunity to explore and learn different practices followed by various clients.

Dislikes

Annual growth in compensation is is not up the mark.

...oft as in analyst position. Luxoft has good client's, work life balance is good. Company policies are good and better compensation.

It is good if we can find some more clients in Hyderabad location.

Everything is best about the company be it salary package,benefits,insurance coverage for employee upto 10 lakhs and for parents upto 7 Lakhs, no micro management,full remote or as per how your project operates,trainings in recognized platforms and supportive Managers.Last but not the least Internal mobility.

Dislikes

Very less Projects in specific locations like Chennai and dependent on 1 or 2 Major accounts.

Salary is credited on time and it provides lot of learning opportunities by organizing training sessions.

Dislikes

Changing project is quite tedious and in my i work at client location and its very hard to keeps up with Luxoft meetings and trainings. In Luxoft management do not care about individuals interest areas they will just assign you a project so that billings keeps on coming.
