Worst company. I set up there customer service and sales deptt all from scratch. Still in my emergency they told me to work, hence i resigned. While working, I was handling the team of 25 associates. I have hired them for company. I trained them also. There is no Ethics in this company. Anybody does random things. No rules and no sop. The owner is fool and does not know proper English although he lives in S Korea.

Work on everything in your company. No professional will work long.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
