...transparent management. There is Gym and Fun zone for Employees. Huge cafeteria. And good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and sometimes management does not address our issues.

Mindtree is good place for technical jobs not for non technical people. Speaking about work culture it's good but management i didn't like it much and i can say it's a good place to kick start your career because you will get to know how a corporate works. I mean corporate life.🙏😂

Politics politics and politics, no value for the work but politics. Salary okay kind off.

Skill development and learning opportunities are good. There are ample scopes of getting certified and getting reimbursed. Work-life balance is fair but mainly depends on projects and situations. Job security is very good for performers.

Dislikes

There are lots of scope of improvement in the area of compensation and benefit. Career growth and opportunities areas can also be improved a lot. Work satisfaction is already quite good, however, it can be improved far more.

... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.
