Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

I like that we are engaged in the project. Though I am working in CSS project, learning new technical skills associated to the project. Good thing is they are hiring freshers.

Dislikes

I don't like the management I am under. Also appraisal is way below than expected. I don't like how they are laying us off just for the sake of cost cutting

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project

Dislikes

Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Hikes will be arbitrary figures without considering anyone's efforts or contribution. HRs are just for sake of designation. No-one will be there to listen or discuss about your concerns at the end of financial year.

...fe balance, can work from all around the India with limited time in the company. As much I heard salary benefits are nice. LTIMindtree is one of the company which has a good talk about job security of an employee. It has food benifits and travel benifits as similar to other companies. As a fresher I can share this much only.

Work life balance is good here and work culture is also not exactly like toxic corporate ones. Scope of skill development is also nice, client culture is also good.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is really poor. There is a lack of benefits and appreciation. Onboarding of freshers was very very late last year and I had to wait for almost a year to be onboarded.
