They don't have good bench policy and appraisals is not that great. Many received unexpected or no hike even being a star performer or promoted.

On time salary. Tier 1 clients Modern infrasture. Work life balance depends on the project

Dislikes

Appraisals are delayed. Some managers create unnecessary chois for instance recently it is made madatory to book seat before comming to office but the app not allowing enough employees to book the seat but most of the seats are empty inside. After merging with LTI things are getting tight here. Now strict 2 months bench policy is following pratically within this 2 months we won't get enough time to look for opportunities as in oder to complete one client evaluation it will take a month.

Nothing is good. Advising not to join.

Employee benefits, compensation, work life balance, appraisal, salary hike, placement policy (max. 3 tries, else force resign), leadership directions, recruitment (not able place bench ppl, but still going for external hires. Nobody knows what would be the future of external hired ppl. ) etc.

... new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Dislikes

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Likes

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
