Dislikes

...o they dont provide leaves for Indian holidays as well as for American holidays. They try to run the projects by keeping less staffing than the required minimum, for cost cutting and profit making purposes, but at the cost of employees health. Employees who dont care about health and work life balance can please join this company. All the best.

Regular and timely salary reviews and increments are crucial for employee motivation and satisfaction. There is a lack of timely communication from management when it comes to the annual increments and other important updates. To maintain the transparency and the trust within the company, clear and consistent communication is very much required. This will be beneficial to align with the employee expectations with company policies and procedures.

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
