1. Provide cab facility if you are working in Shift. 2. Teammates are friendly.

... 8.5 hrs/per day inside EDC excluding breaks,No work from home for Travelers) 2. Salary deduction without any reason and didn't reply on mail and even manager didn't helped. 3. Every time they says learn new skills as organization has opportunities and I learnt new technology-Big data, for which they requirements also and when I asked to work on that they simply said it is for outside people so the person already working with L&T Infotech should not expect growth. 4. If you are tagged to some project and you want to work on new technology having knowledge on that they won't give you release for their billing purpose.

Dislikes

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .
