I have had the privilege of working with LTIMindtree for the last 6 years, and my journey here has been incredibly rewarding. One of the aspects I appreciate most about LTIMindtree is the continuous opportunity for skill development. Over the years, I have seen a significant positive growth in my abilities, which has been instrumental in advancing my career. Moreover, LTIMindtree is one of the few companies where I feel confident about job security, which has provided me with a stable and supportive work environment. The managers I've worked with have been more than just supervisors, they have been great mentors. Their guidance has not only helped me grow professionally but also personally, shaping me into better leader and individual.

Dislikes

...ost-COVID has been also noticeable and has affected the overall employee morale. Moreover, there have been no bonus phases for employees and introducing reimbursement options for internet usage and also for any external courses, would be greatly beneficial. The cessation of the Employee Motivation Fund after COVID, which previously supported team lunches/dinners and outings has impacted team building and could be a major factor in encouraging more employees to return to office.

Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Dislikes

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

Salary is on time. Great place if you want to settle down for a long period of time.

Dislikes

Very bad appraisal policy. Appraisal cycles change without informing the employees. Very bad leave sick leave policy.

Dislikes

Salary hike for employees working in LTIMindtree more than 8 years, is very very less. Company should consider to increase the compensation for old employees to retain. Because old employees understand the organization better which would be beneficial to company in long run. Even though we ping the HR associated to us in Ultima Works portal, they wouldn't respond. Company should see HR should answer to the queries raised by the employee either through Teams chat or email.

No hike, promotion since 3 years. Management just playing with employees and taking advantage of market situation. No fix schedule of appraisal. HRs are just jokers with no clue about appraisal cycle, letters. Top level management are trying to keep share holders happy by showing steady growth at the same time not worrying about employees.
