Those dont count in work, eventually leading to layoffs. 2. Poor Communication from Higher Management: Higher management offers minimal support, and employees must independently resolve issues or seek guidance, making processes inefficient and frustrating. 3. Unsatisfactory Compensation and Career Growth: Pay increments are below industry standards, and promotions are rare. Hard work is seldom recognized or rewarded, discouraging employees from going the extra mile. 4. Limited Project Diversity: The majority of assignments involve support roles or body shopping, with very few full-fledged development opportunities. sick leave one should be able to avail it for one or two days there should not be any restrictions on that. as per current policy once can avail sick leave for minimum three days for that too medical certificate needed.
