They are some good projects if you lucky else excel in and excel out.

Dislikes

... management are departing in mass because they are not able to deliver projects. Current management is very poor, CEO informed huge salary variation among your colleagues are common in IT industry. Indirectly asked people to leave !

Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
