You do not get paid what you work for. It's sad but current situation with every company they will hire someone else with more salary that they are paying you but will not give rais to existing resource due to # company policies. Loyalty should be rewarded. Unfortunately that is not the case with current market.

Salary & Benefits Despite consistently outstanding performance inside PACE and over three years of service with the company, there has no promotion. Additionally, the Salary and benefits are below the average market rate. Management has shown a lack of concern for medical issues, as evidenced by their refusal to allow work from home arrangements even after submitting medical documentation

My Leads are very helpful to me and notice my hard work also appreciate me that motivates working and do bigger.

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus

1. Career growth: LTIMindtree offers learning and development programs, helping employee's to continuously they grow their skills and advance their careers. 2. Work life Balance: Many employee's appreciate the company efforts to maintain a healthy work life balance with flexible working hours and remote work options.

Dislikes

1.Compensation: While many find the compensation fair, some employee's feel that it could be more competitive, especially when compare to other tech giants. 2. Resource Allocation: Their can be challenges with resource allocation, where employee's might be underutilized or overburdened depending on the project demands.

Working environment is decent as Mindtree previously had very employee friendly work culture. But since merger with LTI, the work culture has downgraded. Its not the old employee friendly mindtree limited instead a typical corporate culture where employees and their efforts are not acknowledged anymore.

Dislikes

Growth is negligible at this point. Im working 3 years with bare minimum increase in my salary. I get top ratings in my appraisal cycle but no increment at all during promotions. And the management is not at all employee friendly anymore. They will not even consider your genuine problems and literally force you to align with the company policies. Everything is downgraded in this organisation and is going further down overtime. Very disappointed.
