...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Flexible work timing, good culture and working environment is good. Good salary structure results max in-hand salary to employees.

Compensation is very low if compaired with market and other competiters.

Lot of projects available to engage people. More Onsite opportunity .

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.

No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

No appraisal no salary hike no band promotion, new joini will get salary more than you. No manager support, internal politics is also.
