Variable pay policy is not at all good as it's not paid pro-rata basis once you decide to exit. Shift and Car allowance are not getting changed from ages.

...for the LTIMindtree Ltd company, there are few areas which requires improvement. First thing to mention is that the salary increments are not as expected. Regular and timely salary reviews and increments are crucial for employee motivation and satisfaction. There is a lack of timely communication from management when it comes to the annual increments and other important updates. To maintain the transparency and the trust within the company, clear and consistent communication is very much required. This will be beneficial to align with the employee expectations with company policies and procedures.

Work life balance and general company culture. Good Opportunities to learn and cross skill. Managers are generally supportive and offer freedom to innovate.

Leave policy can be improved. Less Salary hike. Delayed promotions and Increments. Weekend working incentives have been reduced over time.
