Good for culture, Work life balance is good. Top management is easy approachable . Work from home policy is also good

Dislikes

...ement in SAP practice. Compensation is very very poor, after spending 5 years ..salary would increase only 100% not greater than that. Mindtree need to look into compensation and bring super talented to work.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

...ht practice. It depends on your manager and your relationship with that person. The salary is credited on the 28th of every month. Opportunities to move across verticals and horizontals with less difficulty.

Dislikes

No clear HR policies on career progressions. It is up to the wish of the senior management as to when to award promotions. There are folks who receive promotions every year and there are folks who get it once in 5 years. Their SSC portal which is related to the finances is pathetic.
