Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Appraisals and Job Security. The Higher manager does tries best for allocate the Projects but sometimes it's not in their hand also if there are no projects. The employee is given 60 days Bench time to find the projects post that if the project is not allocated the employee is asked to resign.
