Skill development and learning opportunities are good. There are ample scopes of getting certified and getting reimbursed. Work-life balance is fair but mainly depends on projects and situations. Job security is very good for performers.

There are lots of scope of improvement in the area of compensation and benefit. Career growth and opportunities areas can also be improved a lot. Work satisfaction is already quite good, however, it can be improved far more.

...re only visible at time of appraisal and annual event. Dont waste you time here. Salary structure is the worst here. If you ask for more basic they will tell company doesnt want to pay more pf to employee..

All maintenance projects with outdated technology. HR force you to go chennai office otherwise resign. Managers doing politics for candidate selections very bad for on-bench/ new comers.

Lack of HR Support and Fairness in Non-Billable Work: The HR team often fails to address associates' concerns effectively. Employees on the bench are left to find projects on their own, and if they remain unallocated for more than 60 days, they are pressured to resign. There have also been instances where managers made employees work without billability on tasks during bench period assuring him billability. Those dont count in work, eventually leading to layoffs. 2. Poor Communication from Higher Management: Higher management offers minimal support, and employees must independently resolve issues or seek guidance, making processes inefficient and frustrating. 3. Unsatisfactory Compensation and Career Growth: Pay increments are below industry standards, and promotions are rare. Hard work is seldom recognized or rewarded, discouraging employees from going the extra mile. 4. Limited Project Diversity: The majority of assignments involve support roles or body shopping, with very few full-fledged development opportunities. This limits employees' skill enhancement and career progression. 5. Micromanagement Culture: The company suffers from excessive micromanagement. Even senior management, including directors, often focus on day-to-day operational tasks instead of strategic leadership. Developers frequently face multiple interruptions daily, with repetitive questions like, "What's the status?" and "What have you done?" Overall Assessment: The lack of recognition, poor HR practices, limited growth opportunities, and an overbearing micromanagement culture make this company unsuitable for professionals seeking career development or a supportive work environment. Potential candidates should carefully weigh these factors before joining.

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project

Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Hikes will be arbitrary figures without considering anyone's efforts or contribution. HRs are just for sake of designation. No-one will be there to listen or discuss about your concerns at the end of financial year.
