... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

Such a worst organisation I have ever worked with. They don’t value employees and don’t pay salary hikes. Work culture is literally and the management is so mean they just take their own advantage in higher level and for the employees they look them as majdoor

Company culture, Management, No salary hikes mostly, Politics, rotational shift and that too 10 hours daily we need to work

Be careful of citi project of Risk/ compliance of ltimindtree. Worst people. They make sure that all is hell. Every holiday is declined. You are made to work 16 hours with utter frustration. Recipe for diabetes and heart attacks Working as Java dev
