HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

Dislikes

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources

Likes

Work life balance. Opportunity and exposure to direct customer connect. Mangement availability to connect and express requirements.

Dislikes

Appraisal and hike cycle needs to be validated. Identify the key talent and encourage them with right pay scale. This is really missing

Likes

Great focus on learning and multiple opportunities to upskill. Mostly supportive management with a strong CoE providing good technical partnership.

Dislikes

There are opportunities to improve on talent retention. Appraisal cycles are erratic and decisions pertaining to compensation are often too long drawn.

Love the culture and opportunities for growth being provided in organisation. Great work life balance, good management support and especially there is good balance of work ethics and delivery pressures being maintained.

Dislikes

Disparity in salary package for long term employees. I just hope leadership will put an eye on such people who are giving their half the life to growth of organization and make some corrections.
