Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. And forgot, mentorship is good and the support from the seniors is good as well.

1. Incompetent Leadership and Sr. Managers (Project Level) who does not believe in transparency, open discussions and collaborations 2. Some Sr. Managers are not even competent to manage projects as they do not have the required skill sets 3. Biased employee annual appraisals and promotions (both are done based on recommendations - as per the whims and fancies of PMs, Sr. PMs and Project Directors!). 4. Passive H.R Team (Mindtree call them as PF Team - People Function). Hardly, I have seen P F team making an effort to retain employees but even to have a positive and constructive discussion with the resigned employees. 5. Huge disparity among compensation (within the same role with similar skill sets and almost same years of experience!). And they do pay Bonus to employees but chose such a time for payout that most of the bonus amount will be deducted as tax!! 6. Lack of skill development opportunities except you have an online learning portal where you can register and learn certain skills. Hardly you will see role specific learning opportunities 7. Culture - They say it's a mix of empathy, integrity and purpose. I can wholeheartedly agree with integrity, but hardly seen anything like empathy and purpose. Basically, they don't practice what they preach
