Poor salary hikes, no clear Communication from upper management whats happening in company, lack of good long term projects.

No growth in knowledge and salary even if you are top performer they won't give you appraisal. Support projects only.lti was better company but after merger it became worst.this year also appraisal delayed inspite profitable growth in q1.

LTIM provides competitive salary. It’s a good company to work with as people are good. Option to work in hybrid model. Not much work pressure (depends on project) Awesome work life balance.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is no benefit as such. Zero recognition with higher management. Career growth is very slow. Increments are 0 to 5% annually depending in ratings. However on promotions one can expect 8%-10% which feels very less. No team bonding activities.

Mindtree standalone was a good company after merging with L&t everything has been changed and considering the cost cutting, they cut our salaries 🙂

You are just a resource, all they care about is you filling the timesheet, understand this and you’ll be fine. Your project manager is not your friend, keep everything documented. HR won’t help you in any scenario so don’t bother asking for help regarding any issue you are facing.
