Employee would get an opportunity to learn and grow if he/she is in the right BU and project. Teams here are supportive overall.

Dislikes

Politics at managerial level is observed specifically in Travelers account. This might affect growth and compensation. Many appreciations from client goes unnoticed during appraisals.

Likes

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
