No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus

I like your job security,work culture,management,company policies etc.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attendclient calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why I have mostly to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

Work life balance is good. Senior people are always approachable. They take care of employee's personal issues too. Hybrid modal. Work from home option during medical emergencies/family emergencies.

Dislikes

Doesn't care much about the compensation revision for existing employees.

...s and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.

Likes

Very good work life balance especially for women. WFH options are appreciable. Getting new projects immediately after the previous project ends.

Dislikes

Not happy with the salary hike percentage and it is not happening timely.
