...ars. Compensation benefits is not much satisfactory, extra perks not available. Deductions are more and in hand salary is less.

Work culture and management here is good. Company cares for its employees and provides a great work environment

Salary package is very low for campus recruitment and if you're a new joinee you've to shadow rest of the people for a year as main responsibilities will still be assigned to old people only.learning opportunities are very low

Promotions are bad....you wont get promoted keep you in same salary for years ....they wont even give you reason why you are bot promoted

Job security , if your are join as contactor or third party pay roll so management will be 100% layoff without giving any notice , because i have completed only 10 moth after joining and management decide to layoff all

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .
