Nothing is good in LTI Mindtree for the graduate trainees.

...to study at home you just sit and complete the tasks till 3-4 am in the morning. So this is basically a scam only which is going on the company and they don't even pay for the overtime which we do on daily basis. Dinesh is the name of the guy who has doing everything from above. This type of format should be changed because it's bad for a fresher's career. They are just giving fake hopes.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

Work Life balance and Company culture is good, LTIMindtree's Training program for GET is full furnish from Basics to Deep Advance. It's good to refurbish all skills and knowledge before diving into real time projects.

Dislikes

Salary Compensation is bit low for Software Developers than the IT market.

Salary & Benefits Despite consistently outstanding performance inside PACE and over three years of service with the company, there has no promotion. Additionally, the Salary and benefits are below the average market rate. Management has shown a lack of concern for medical issues, as evidenced by their refusal to allow work from home arrangements even after submitting medical documentation

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus
