Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.

Policies, salary, appraisal's, It's the Mid level employees who suffer mostly. After integration with Mindtree, everything has gone wrong despite ceo bragging about the pipeline deals

It is a company that provides work-life balance and has a very supportive work culture. It encourages employees to grow within their respective fields with required trainings provided.

The salary growth is very slow and not satisfactory.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and gifts every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
