The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Latest tools and technologies adoption is probably the best in industry. Co-pilot being the latest addition from last few months. Holidays and Leaves policy

Salary for existing employees, Appraisal, Work-life balance, No growth opportunities, Company and work culture.

Some say that working at Wipro can be enjoyable and regarding,with opportunities for growth,learning and collaborating

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.

Bad work life balance. Calls to work from office during cyclone Pay is less and so many deductions after salary Promotions are fake, only known people get opportunity. Job security is only good if you're hard working. No cabs 2 way unless you wait 12 hours. Has bad softwares which track you and does not let you go out of your seat. Rude behaving senior level managers who will ask about your personal life and have no shame bashing you. Don't join wipro that's all. If you join you can't leave. 60-90days notice period without any buyout strict policy.
