MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

Salary hike for employees working in LTIMindtree more than 8 years, is very very less. Company should consider to increase the compensation for old employees to retain. Because old employees understand the organization better which would be beneficial to company in long run. Even though we ping the HR associated to us in Ultima Works portal, they wouldn't respond. Company should see HR should answer to the queries raised by the employee either through Teams chat or email.

After merger with LTI, Mindtree has become worst company to be at.

No salary hikes No promotion despite putting hard and smart work Company shows profits and growth in revenue in the advertisements but when it comes to giving to employees, it doesn't have money.

The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

Such a worst organisation I have ever worked with. They don’t value employees and don’t pay salary hikes. Work culture is literally and the management is so mean they just take their own advantage in higher level and for the employees they look them as majdoor

Company culture, Management, No salary hikes mostly, Politics, rotational shift and that too 10 hours daily we need to work
