LTIMindtree still allows Hybrid working policy which is good. Aparat from the salary, the other benefits such as Internet reimbursement, certification reimbursement shift allowance are good. Also the company focuses on upskilling and runs various programs that partener with Microsoft and Google for certification processes which is of immense help from career aspects. Overall its a good learning experience.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, the appraisals here are not justified for the work done. Apart from this all's good.

Likes

The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

We are working a lot anytime for our client and we like to work from home and complete work ASAP before time. The best benefit is work from home culture as we are staying in Bangalore traffic is higher and work from home is the main reason i like it and complete task ASAP whenever client required our client is happy with us and our work and took multiple task which we never ignore, As of now it's hybird mode and they told to come to office i hope they can make work from home only they need to increase the technology which they are not get impacted

Salary & Benefit is very less ( Previous it's Mindtree and now it's change to LTIMindtree the decrees Shift Allowance ) Increment always looks same Before merging company they provide some coins each month where we can able to utilize to purchase something now it's gone. Work from Home Culture is very good and super but now they are calling it impact in our productivity while travelling to other location

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final
