No appreciation, no increment, no promotion....only higher management people get salary increments and promotion. For lower level employees they dont have budget... No recognition from team manager...team lead pretend to manager like he only handling team...worst management You can not take leaves on days you want but still on name of work life balance they force you to take random leaves

...There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Overall, capgemini are simply bad, and I would not recommend working here.

The company policy, work culture is really bad. The work environment was degrading and they don't take into consideration your own area of interest. Really bad management. They expect employees to adhere to upper management but upper management do not consider any feedbacks or concerns from their employees.

... has got nothing to do with the skills you acquired during the training session. And in terms of compensation and benefits, you get nothing from this company. Please come here if you have 3 to 4 years of experience.

no indian holiday no leave no usa holiday Sat sun off but out of 8 weekend 2 days work no WFH. Causal behavior. apart from tea nothing available. Transport is worst in the word.
