Love the culture and opportunities for growth being provided in organisation. Great work life balance, good management support and especially there is good balance of work ethics and delivery pressures being maintained.

Disparity in salary package for long term employees. I just hope leadership will put an eye on such people who are giving their half the life to growth of organization and make some corrections.

Coffee vending machines are good.

Dislikes

No salary alignment to the market. Increments are not upto the market rate. Bonus calculations are too complicated and aimed to provide NO BONUS Onshore short term travel does not have DAILY ALLOWANCE. So people travel on INDIA salary only. Complicated Medical bills reimbursement process. All the bills need to submit in MUMBAI office only. Work culture is like Government office. Too many follow-ups for simple process related work. WFM team never responds to employees for billing related actions. Few Account leaders are lacking in communication skills with client team itself. They are not able to bring the new opportunities and sales. Biased leadership is only behind the revenue numbers and not able to support people who needs a small support to bring in the revenue. They want all reports GREEN.
