Good People Good Culture Salary on time Good Helping Manager and lots of scope to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

No other employee benefits like health, reimbursements. No increments only 5 to 8% that too depends on the Manager.

...environment is good.. Appraisal depends upon your project budget..but its fair..good compensation and benefits..free snacks and dinner..wfh favility..free transaport facility after 8 pm..Overall great experience

Nothing as such.. depending upon the project it becomes difficult to balance personal and professional life

1. Salary on time 2. Hybrid 3. Minimum six hours to be in office and remaining three hours we could regularize. 4. Separate team to schedule internal interview for project allocation called Work force management. 5. Learning sites like Shoshin school were useful for individual development.

Dislikes

1. Onboarding kit / Joining bonus were kept on hold from the month i joined. 2. Yet to receive headphones, hopefully will receive in future.
