Management is good. Employee centric company policies. Job security is good if you have proved yourself in current role (not necessarily at high end).

Dislikes

Hike given to senior is very very less compared to below 8 year exp. employee. I know seniors already have thier package at higher side, but, if 5 yr exp person is getting 110% hike then 12 years exp person in same project (working at least 5 times more) should get at least 20%.

After merger with LTI, Mindtree has become worst company to be at.

No salary hikes No promotion despite putting hard and smart work Company shows profits and growth in revenue in the advertisements but when it comes to giving to employees, it doesn't have money.

The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

Such a worst organisation I have ever worked with. They don’t value employees and don’t pay salary hikes. Work culture is literally and the management is so mean they just take their own advantage in higher level and for the employees they look them as majdoor

Company culture, Management, No salary hikes mostly, Politics, rotational shift and that too 10 hours daily we need to work

Be careful of citi project of Risk/ compliance of ltimindtree. Worst people. They make sure that all is hell. Every holiday is declined. You are made to work 16 hours with utter frustration. Recipe for diabetes and heart attacks Working as Java dev
