Delivery of projects are very poor, no fixed goals to achieve, weak discussion in promotions and compensation, saves money in every small things, change in delivery if client ask for changes without well defined procedure, not following any framework for working (at least in my project). No available projects still they keep hiring new members and put them on bench. Although bench policy is of 6 month but within 2 months HR will tell you that we don't have much opportunities inside our organisation try to search outside and ask about the resignation Poor management Terrible company to join as a lateral as they don't have much project.

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
