Management is good. Employee centric company policies. Job security is good if you have proved yourself in current role (not necessarily at high end).

Dislikes

Hike given to senior is very very less compared to below 8 year exp. employee. I know seniors already have thier package at higher side, but, if 5 yr exp person is getting 110% hike then 12 years exp person in same project (working at least 5 times more) should get at least 20%.

Likes

Celebrating nearly 15 yrs with Mindtree and LTIM has been an incredible journey. I have had the privilege of working on diverse engagements, each offering unique learning experiences and growth opportunities. The journey has been both enriching and fulfilling.

Dislikes

...ppraisals that aligns with market standards, especially for long-term employees. This would ensure that deserving individuals receive appropriate recognition and compensation adjustments. Such a framework could help maintain motivation and retain talent within the Company.

Good work life balance, great policies. Project needs to be assigned on the basis of certifications and skills acquired. Without getting exposure just the skills acquired would be of no use

Dislikes

Salary standards is to low, not equivalent to industry standards. Even freshers who join now get a better salary in the same company.

Motivate and encourage team members while always providing support and guidance to enhance their skills.

Dislikes

Promotions, salary revisions, and designations should be aligned with employee performance and years of experience. Currently, there are inconsistencies, with less experienced employees sometimes receiving higher designations and salaries than more experienced counterparts. However, some eligible employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance and have substantial experience are not being promoted or adequately compensated.

HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

Dislikes

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources
