...I accept many aspects of my company, there are few areas that could be improved. The compensation and salary structure could be more competitive to better reflect the industry standards and the hard work of the employees. Addressing these could help enhance overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.

... new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
