Salary package is very low for campus recruitment and if you're a new joinee you've to shadow rest of the people for a year as main responsibilities will still be assigned to old people only.learning opportunities are very low

Good work life balance, great policies. Project needs to be assigned on the basis of certifications and skills acquired. Without getting exposure just the skills acquired would be of no use
Motivate and encourage team members while always providing support and guidance to enhance their skills.
Dislikes
Promotions, salary revisions, and designations should be aligned with employee performance and years of experience. Currently, there are inconsistencies, with less experienced employees sometimes receiving higher designations and salaries than more experienced counterparts. However, some eligible employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance and have substantial experience are not being promoted or adequately compensated.
HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey.
they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way.
most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.
for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources
