The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

sick leave one should be able to avail it for one or two days there should not be any restrictions on that. as per current policy once can avail sick leave for minimum three days for that too medical certificate needed.

People are amazing but if you are not focused then u can loose ur career growth Appraisal are not good at all My team is amazing But others are into politics only

Not balance life culture No growth in salary No extra benefits to the employees Even they have reduce the leaves Many more
