...transparent management. There is Gym and Fun zone for Employees. Huge cafeteria. And good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and sometimes management does not address our issues.

... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

...e rounds of interview, which I have not seen in service based companies atleast. Some even have 4-5 rounds where we have to visit the Client location itself to get your skills tested😂 Consultancies offer you with high package saying they have huge requirement, but that's not true here. Only get into this company if you want to get a higher package and chill for few months. I regret for opting LTI when I had other options. Overall, would give a minus rating if it was possible.

Promotions are bad....you wont get promoted keep you in same salary for years ....they wont even give you reason why you are bot promoted
