You have freedom to learn and try out different things.

Dislikes

The company do the policy changes specially while giving out bonus and that policy change is negative. Which result in deserving employees getting less bonus and some of the hard working employees missing out on the bonus.

Admin and finance ppl are helful, people are good..

Dislikes

...ing machine and snatch even from developers.. I heard now 8/10 leads have left.. Company reduced 10-30% salary from may20 to Nov 20 but when things came back on track didnt give hike.. last 2 years cumulative hike is 5% and variable disbursement was 20% in 2021 and zero in 2020.. no growth in sales perspective.. new joinees may not have great future ahead... Maketing head surprisingly carry huge package without any meaningful contribution.. leaders are not unified, divided into small group which only makes the orgonization weaker and weaker..

Limited career growth options, work-life balance can get worse - depending upon the client you're working with, upper management was not good, very low variable pay was given despite the company's good performance

Dislikes

traditional work approach, laid off people in covid situation using pip as excuse (no job security), good salary but variable is must means u get fool for it.less amount of work no proper introduction to other teams its ur responsibility to meet them. If you try to represent some new ideas definitely to ur manager ur not welcome . Follow them is only key.
