No work life balance Weekend working Post shift everyday you are asked to work and made to feel guilty if not Too much politics No empathy towards employee Only people happy in this company are those who are sitting in this company for last 4-6 yrs because they know how to play and ofcourse they are more tenured so they will try to dominate you They said it is hybrid and then call you everyday If you reach out for any concern it is useless because nobody takes no action In short this company is pathetic. Not recommended

One word for this so called company ‘Politics’ never seen such unethical organisation. Top management is clueless what they are doing. Appraisals are pathetic. Department heads do whatever they want to. A big NO.

Pathetic and worst experience of my entire career! No transparency, no proper communication, a bunch of confused people. They give appraisals then after few months will take it back stating it was a mistake and you’ll have to pay back the entire sum. Department heads have no idea what’s going on, KRA changes every month. All they are interested is in politics. HR and finance dept is such a mess! They expect you to work odd hours, no work life balance. The senior management will surprise you with their politics skill! They over-hire then fire and then organise a meeting to discuss who all have work assigned and who all are sitting idle..what a joke!

Demanding work schedule that affects work life balance. Lack of strong leadership or ineffective management styles that is impacting overall growth and environment. Limited recognition for hard work.

Pathetic leadership team, no clue what they want, mission and vision changes every now and then. They over hire and then keeps on firing people. Their HR and Finance department is such a mess! Appraisal is a joke here. Will never recommend anyone.
