There is nothing to like about Livnsense company, worst phase of my life i lived there.

...mployee doesn't know policy because they never make transparent to employees. 4. They will cut your salary for giving nonsense reasons, even if you work on that day. 5. managers doesn't have power, they are following blindly CEO. 6. Managers doesn't know , how to talk with employees. 7. Appreciation of work never be appreciated. they will criticise if you have 99 things correct only one mistake is there. 8. they think we are robot and labour for them.

Nothing is good in this company. Treating developer as a slave that too in very low salary. So many pressure to compelete Unnecessary work. single person is handling 6-7 project and all project deadlines will be on same time. Worst managers. Managers dont even know about moder Technologies how it works and how much time it takes. They dont even listen to the issue if we mention some blockage or difficulties while developing. Company is running under Bad leadership Fake commitments, company has hardly 12-16 people still leaders and managers play politics to destroy employee career. Micro Management Worst HR department as well. Each and every employee of this company is suffering because they has putted Bond many freshers join without knowing the real working environment. Never sign bond although its not legal but they will mentally harrased people with abusing with experience letter and Relieving letter. This kind of companies should be shutdown if they not able to pay salary to employee and deducting poor employees salary.

* Toxic Managers / Lack of knowledge in current technologies * Toxic Salary * Toxic Working culture 14-16 hours working because people are not robot they can't complete all 6-7 projects issue in a single day. *Micromanagement/ no one will listen the exact issue what employees are facing *Fake Bond- harrasing employee with Bond

One of the worst startup company in India. I feel compelled to share my honest and disheartening experience working at this company initially everything looks fine but here the work environment is toxic. They treat people as a labour no respective they provide especially the higher authority. Only Fake show off they do in social media about awards and multiple news they dont have any team only some consultants are working there no teams they have. Even no one knows how to work everything is fake. Employ work in a fear of losing job everyday high authority will not give a single day leave they will call you every day sunday to work and if you doesnt reply they will shout at you. Here if anyone work will not get any balance and gradually went to severe depression. I left this organization when i was suffering for depression and no energy left in my body. Here manager will not provide you any guidance and ask you to complete the work. Always manager will give task on the last day of submission. No appreciation is there. No celebration is there. Not even they provide india's basic holiday like Diwali and Holi no holiday. Please never join this organization it will be the biggest mistake of life and govt should take action of these because youth like me who suffer no one should do it

Everything high management doesnt have time to give basic training in the time of joining HR give false hope and bond they sign which is illegal now no one should do that if work culture is good everyone will stay here the culture is toxic and 1 year bond otherwise have to pay money 1 lakh or more to them. Everyone show that they are busy but no one is doing nothing only wasting money and time and future of students who came for internship I feel this company will soon close because lot of people suffer from depression due to this organization When i left same situation i faces no one give me any training and asking me to do everything higher management feel that employ doesn't have life they can call at night 12 am to give you irrelevant task and if you refuse then you will fire When i was there multiple candidate cames as intern and high management misuse there knowledge and build platform and multiple project and doesnt even hire them just throw them after their work done Please dont join these type of organization my brothers and sisters
