There is nothing someone will like while working in this company. The owner is bully you hr will bully and all other staff who are working with them from long time are either chamcha of hr or chamcha of owner

There is no respect for any employee from senior manage manage ment salary are belated for no reason and very important red aleart 🔴 at the time of inventory external audio are held and every time they find 50k to 1.5lac variance in stock and that amount store manager needs to pay from pocket and by any chance if you leave company goons will be at your door step and they will hit you and your family also and then take back to store if you didn't pay money and will ask to work till date you do the repayment also there are again chance to get more variance in next audit and you will keep on doing same and no one will help you to find where is the variance coming from.

Lots to learn , good knowledgeable staff and managers to help you and have many stores across Mumbai

The perks and benefits are not here and also salary is never defined when would it come comes mostly after the 10th

No pf, no any medical allowance, no salary hike in an year, no proper weekoff, they were didn't given the promised incentive too .. if we apply the leave before one month for any family program then also they r not letting to take... Only because of this job I were not attended any of my family function of past 1 nd half year.... There is a lot of politics and the manager doesn't support any of the staff for their salary hike or any thing ..the short made by manager finally they put that to the resigning staff ..

The working experience is okay but the salary was never on time,we used to get assurity that we would be receiving our payment by 10th of the following month but we used to get it on 15th or 17th, The HR was quite rude with the staff.

Job is good but organization is bad

Salary in 45 days , no PF, if want week off we have to do double shift, no paid leave in whole year, 10 hours shift, if anyone is absente and I'm doing his/her no extra money for overtime
