Prblm was with them and they threaten you that they will terminate you so that company does'nt need to pay you anything. Do not join this thirdclass company which do not provide you job security. No transperency in management.

They Will remove employees without any intimation especially in collection team they only focus for Numbers especially A team leader from collection team very pathetic guy just a puppet of collection's Hod never understand employees situation he borned for number and calling it's seems Have been worked for year's here no growth nothing Worst place and nightmare workplace for new joiners especially collection and sales team

-Management are very biased, -Low salary, -Annual increment is also 2% -No holiday on bank holiday and Sunday working -Recently shifted to a other space, with no basic hygiene, with the all team members put it in one room ex. credit + sales + collection with lots of background noise -No value of hardwork -

-No growth: rotten management, they hire people at senior positions from outside, instead of promoting their own employees. -Same CTC throughout no increments -Sat and Sundays are working for which there is no additional pay -No reimbursements for travel or Wifi during wfh -Recently shifted to a compact space, with no basic hygiene or decent ambiance.

Here, no compensation and benefits here, no growth so far. work as hard but no one has appreciate that and No salary increase for 1.5 years. No official leave of 7 working days and no fixed time to work, it's 10-12 hours.
