If you join this compony you have to work 11am to 9pm she is strictly monitor. And you will be replaced before your appraisal month. Worst business head ever I saw

Very Good Culture, Company looks after well being of the employees. Work Life Balance Get lots of support from departments, gets to learn on new things. HR is very active and does lots of employee engagement activities. Also track and monitor KRAs and KPIs regularly
