Work culture is good and but yes when it comes to process and internal stack holders I.e employees company is least bother. I understand it's a start up but still startup also has its own beauty which here couldn't able to found. And that's pain point for us😒 I think National head has to look into it. Bcz I can't say company is bad only bcz of management it makes us feel like that

Only the compensation and incentive part whatever will do actually will not get also whatever is mentioned in offer letter we won't get😔

Very Good Culture, Company looks after well being of the employees. Work Life Balance Get lots of support from departments, gets to learn on new things. HR is very active and does lots of employee engagement activities. Also track and monitor KRAs and KPIs regularly
